HOW TO PARTICIPATE
Any Individual meeting the eligibility and age criteria
specified above can participate directly by adopting
procedure given below:
“The participants identity should be marked
only on the forwarding sheet and nowhere on the
essay. Hand written entries should be forwarded under
seal and signature of the Head of
respective recognized School/College/Institution and
should be submitted to appropriate person (given above
under categories Language A and Language B) depending
on the language of Essay. Address for dispatch of
entries in each language can be obtained from PCRA
website: www.pcra.org
