These programs are meant to create awareness amongst youth (school and college children) by organizing small meetings and delivering lectures and demonstrating the actual tips on conservation. While selecting institutions, schools / colleges from rural / semi urban areas are given preference.

The awareness is created by organising drawing / cartoon / quiz / painting / essay competitions for school children and showing them conservation tips on video/TV etc. The PCRA printed literatures on various conservation programs are also distributed to the participants in these programs.
